In Bhutan, International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam is conducted only four times in a year. Royal Institute of Management (RIM), Thimphu is the only IELTS Exam Center in Bhutan. You can apply online by going to https://ielts.britishcouncil.org/india.

Your Comments Dear Sir , I am trying to sit for the IELTS Test in Siliguri because by the time I decided to go for it all most all the seat are packed. Only thing I am concerned is, Will that be okey and just want to know whether the address I got is really true or not because I also heard this time there is also going to held the test for Bhutan Govt too. If you can kindly send me the address of that institute soon so that I can go ahead. My seats are already conformed but I still have to do the payment, which they have ask me to do it fast.
